You are authorized to use Define You’s website and products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. By using our services, you agree to:

2. Limitation of Liability

Define You develops and distributes its products in accordance with Health Canada’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for natural health products. While we ensure quality and regulatory compliance, you expressly agree that:

  • No specific result is guaranteed with respect to weight management, energy, or wellness. Individual results vary based on personal factors (e.g., genetics, diet, lifestyle, health conditions).

  • You are solely responsible for how you use our products and must read all product instructions, warnings, and contraindications carefully.

  • Misuse, exceeding the recommended dose, combining with other substances, or off-label use may involve health risks for which Define You assumes no responsibility.

  • You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any Define You product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, are taking medications, or are sensitive to ingredients such as caffeine or green tea.

Define You is not liable for service interruptions, delivery delays, billing errors, data leaks, or other issues arising from:

  • Use of third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, delivery providers, analytics or marketing platforms),

  • Events beyond our control (e.g., system failures, cyberattacks, customs delays),

  • Misinterpretation of educational content.

Except where legally prohibited, Define You’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

3. Intellectual Property

All content found on the Define You website and communications — including but not limited to logos, slogans, text, images, videos, educational materials, infographics, recipes, product compositions, layouts, domain names, icons, brand assets, sub-brands, downloadable files, and future product lines — is protected intellectual property.

This content is exclusively owned by Define You or used under proper licensing. It is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and industrial property laws, including the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and the Trademarks Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. T-13).

4. Health Warnings and Compliance

Define You’s weight management supplement is licensed with Health Canada and formulated using natural ingredients such as Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffea canephora), Garcinia cambogia, Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis), Raspberry Ketones, and Caffeine. Each ingredient is used in accordance with permitted limits and known safety data.

This supplement is intended for healthy adults seeking support in lifestyle-related weight management. In line with NHPR and Health Canada compliance:

  • Define You is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Individual results may vary based on diet, physical activity, metabolic function, and other factors.

  • The maximum dosage is 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed this limit or continue use beyond 8 weeks without medical guidance.

  • This product contains caffeine (equivalent to one cup of coffee per maximum daily dose). Do not combine with other sources of concentrated caffeine or stimulants.

  • Use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with liver issues, hypertension, cardiovascular problems, anxiety, insomnia, or who are on anticoagulants or blood pressure medications.

If you experience side effects (e.g., headaches, jitteriness, heart palpitations, abdominal discomfort, yellowing of the skin or eyes), stop using the product and consult a healthcare provider immediately.

Adverse events should be reported to Health Canada’s MedEffect program or to our support team at info@defineyou.com. Reporting helps improve safety monitoring for natural health products across Canada.

5. Accounts and Security

Certain features on our website (e.g., order tracking, custom offers) may require you to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login details.

  • All actions taken from your account will be considered authorized unless you notify us otherwise.

Define You reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without notice if:
