Except where legally prohibited, Define You’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
3. Intellectual Property
All content found on the Define You website and communications — including but not limited to logos, slogans, text, images, videos, educational materials, infographics, recipes, product compositions, layouts, domain names, icons, brand assets, sub-brands, downloadable files, and future product lines — is protected intellectual property.

4. Health Warnings and Compliance
Define You’s weight management supplement is licensed with Health Canada and formulated using natural ingredients such as Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffea canephora), Garcinia cambogia, Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis), Raspberry Ketones, and Caffeine. Each ingredient is used in accordance with permitted limits and known safety data.
This supplement is intended for healthy adults seeking support in lifestyle-related weight management. In line with NHPR and Health Canada compliance:

Adverse events should be reported to Health Canada’s MedEffect program or to our support team at info@defineyou.com. Reporting helps improve safety monitoring for natural health products across Canada.
5. Accounts and Security
Certain features on our website (e.g., order tracking, custom offers) may require you to create an account.
